Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Reports to: Plant Manager

Salary Range: $60K - $75K

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Manages a staff by communicating job expectations.
• Plans and monitors production goals.
• Appraises, coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring the manufacturing process.
• Contributes to team effort by completing tasks as needed.
• Must be able to understand written work instructions.
• Must be willing to learn how to set up machines.
• Maintains ISO 9001:2015 quality standards by teaching awareness and constant monitoring of quality.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand 8 -10 hours daily.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Microsoft Office experience necessary (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Corrective Action and root cause analysis

Qualifications needed:

· 5 years of manufacturing experience

· 5 years of Supervisory experience in manufacturing

· Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

· High degree of interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of business.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· General computer skills, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
