Production Supervisor

Description:

New Flyer produces heavy-duty transit busses. They offer everything from Engineering Services straight through to full Production. The Crookston location does everything in the production of these buses with the exception of creating and providing the main paint job to the bus shells (Which are made and sent down from their Canadian facility). New Flyer is a Union Company. Position is a Monday-Friday, both 7am-3:30pm and 4pm-12:30am are available. This person will be leading a team of up to 45 people and will need to come with strong interpersonal skills (Emotional Intelligence) to be able to collaborate effectively with their team and interdepartmentally. They will need to be able to keep up with fast paced environment while maintaining people, production goals, safety, and quality expectations and also have adequate computer skills. They will be responsible for leading, coaching, scheduling, and reporting out and on production output and goals for their team.
