Spherion Staffing is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join a team in Detroit Lakes, MN. Pay: $23-27/hour DOE
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 6am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
-Assure products meet customer specifications and are shipped as scheduled
-Identify and implement cost reduction procedures
-Contribute to the production schedule through building product
-Responsible for new assembler employee orientation and onboarding
-Help facilitate and coordinate training activities
-Train, coach and evaluate assigned personnel
-Provide positive leadership and encourage support for corporate unity
-Organize and delegate to assure successful completion of work
-Supervise between 15 - 25 employees on shift
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

-Experience leading a team in a positive manner
-Effective communication skills
-Experience in training and coaching employees
-Organized, self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
