OVERVIEW
MedGyn Products, a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor for Medical Devices, is seeking a Production Supervisor with dynamic skill sets to work in an energetic, fun, and fast-paced environment in the Medical Device industry. The individual will work closely with the Operations Manager to make sure products are manufactured and distributed following all ISO 13485 standards. The Production Supervisor plans, organizes, and controls operations by effectively utilizing resources, materials, and machinery to assure timely production and quality standards. This is a fulltime role with additional career development opportunities. Training will be provided as well as an employee benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for product quality workmanship, methods application and improvements, economical manufacturing costs, meeting production schedules, and workflow.
- Participates and help develops long range goals and objectives exercising good business judgement.
- Responsible for developing and implementing quality programs .
- Ensures that employees, equipment, materials, and areas of operation conform to all appropriate health and safety regulations. Supervises departmental housekeeping and is aware of any hazardous conditions.
- Approves and Schedules employee vacation.
- Responsible for the coordination of Production personnel in proper Injection molding machine and other machine operation, set up and maintenance.
- Responsible for Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Counts, and resolution monthly.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in managing Injection Molding Machine operation
- College Associates Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supervision.
- Experience in production of Medical Devices preferred
