Production Supervisor 3 Pm--12 Am Shift

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: • Maintain workflow and plant efficiency by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. • Utilizes operational tools to achieve production standards and operational excellence during the shift. • Follows up with Plant Manager and Director of Sales and Service during the shift to ensure adequate production needs for customers. • Maintains regular and punctual attendance • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep plant operating to standard. • Acts with honesty, integrity and sets a positive example for the shift team. • Constantly evaluates production environment and communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary. • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. • Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns. • Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Summary of Experience • Supervisor experience in a retail, restaurant or manufacturing environment (1 year) • Experience in a position that required constant interacting with team members and fulfilling production requirements (6 months – 1 year) • Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of 10 or more employees (6 months – 1 year) Basic Qualifications • Bilingual is a plus • Previous commercial laundry experience a plus • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable ac

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
