Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Direct plant operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Lead initiatives and audits for quality and regulatory compliance.
Motivate staff for excellence in production and safety.
Supervise teams to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally for plant optimization.
Lead meetings, set goals, and communicate achievements.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and training.
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and safety standards.

MS Office proficiency
ERP experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred
5+ years in food processing with HACCP, GMPs, SOPs
