Now hiring for an experienced and well-versed Engineering Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor will support our customers for ensuring the timely completion of production schedules while maintaining quality standards and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and a safe working environment. Ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and that the production process is optimized for maximum output.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and take action to address any issues.
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff to ensure that they are meeting performance goals and adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to help them grow in their roles. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company goals.
- Develop and maintain production reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Hands on machine mechanics experience
- Previous experience in an Engineering role or Engineering education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Education: Bachelors
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in plastics, steel, HVAC, or construction manufacturing materials.
- Strong knowledge of machine operating, inspection, and assembly processes. Experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements.
