Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all technicians and operators have the necessary tools and equipment.
- Assign repair tasks to staff, maintaining a balanced workload to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
- Provide or secure assistance and support for staff members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with processes such as 5S, gather data for corrective and preventive action, and report results to management.
- Facilitate the continuous and efficient flow of products through assigned operations, taking prompt action to resolve bottlenecks.
- Supervise employees to ensure adherence to company policies and practices, including counseling, time management, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required to meet daily operational performance targets and report progress.
- Conduct interviews for production positions to maximize retention and contribute to production efficiency.
- Maintain open communication channels between employees and senior management.
- Strive to achieve positive outcomes in quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, continuously seeking improvement in all areas.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management, including participation in process improvement initiatives or leadership roles.
Education, Training, and Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Preferably a Computer Training Diploma or a 2-year degree in a Computer-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Assembling/Disassembling, Repairing, or Troubleshooting Computers or Electronics.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a Production or Warehouse Environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Hand Power Tools is advantageous.
- Effective communication of performance expectations is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Computer Hardware is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
- Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift and/or move items.
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
