Job duties:
- Responsible for monitoring, training, and development of new employees on shift; effectively lead the production team and report daily to management any issue that affects production, safety or quality.
- Verify Daily reports for all sections in the production department (Paper, Printing, and Plastic), in terms of data, information, counts, etc.
- Safety Enforcement production plant-wide.
- Assist with scheduling of their teams' employees and lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality by leading by example.
- Verify daily attendance tally Sheets for all sections and submit to HR on time on a daily basis. Acts with integrity and honesty while promoting good manufacturing practices and follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout production and manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities. Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Decision making on minor quality issues when senior management is absent in all sections in production.
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests and prepare supplies and tools for their individual shift.
- Send daily production reports to senior management on a daily basis after completion of a work shift.
- Help to rotate break and lunch for all employees when needed in all sections.
- Identify back up in their team and report all work injuries and safety violations to management and prepare detail injuries reports when necessary and take command of emergency situations.
- Constantly checking and monitoring the production floor for any violation of GMP and give Guidant and warning to employees
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
