The Production Supervisor's primary responsibility is to build a cohesive team focused on reaching/exceeding SQDCPF (Site, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Financial) targets.

Position Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer order priorities and daily follow-up activities with Production Planners, Business Team (Manufacturing and Quality Engineering), and support groups
- Lead resolution to hurdles interfering with production delivery plans (Man, Material, Machine, Method - 4M)
- Complete and respond to grievances with HR and Union Officials
- Ensure hourly team member compliance with all safety standards and work rules.

- Lead daily start-up meetings
- Communicate SQDCPF updates to your team
- Support preventive maintenance schedules
- Lead/Support SMED and Kaizen activities

Required Experience:
- 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment
