- knowledge of equipment including following preventative maintenance and reporting equipment issues
- knowledge of safety and environmental policies
- hands-on leadership style (majority of the day working with the production team)
- communicate and implement policies
- work with other departments to continually improve store results
- comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to become certified in all production equipment and approved to operate all equipment
