Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the Document Processing Operations (DPO). As a key member of our production management team, the Senior Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and optimal performance in all DPO processes.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations for all DPO processes.
- Production Supervision:
- Oversee document preparation, scanning, and data entry activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Staffing and Leave Management:
- Monitor staffing levels, approve PTO requests, and optimize the workforce to achieve production targets.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the Production Director to analyze and supervise the performance of both people and processes to meet daily/weekly production targets.
- Provide recommendations for improved structured workflows.
- Documentation and Training:
- Approve trainers and ensure comprehensive process and training documentation is available for hourly staff.
- Maintain and certify all procedures for DPO.
- Operational Planning:
- Work with the Production Director to determine structured operational methods that meet customer expectations and fulfill deliverables.
- Participate in planning pricing and margin targets for new jobs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Supervisor in a production environment.
- Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior supervisory role within document processing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and quality assurance processes.
