Ensure daily operations through equipment readiness, proper root cause analysis and countermeasure activity, new model introduction, cycle time achievement, and Department KPI (Key Performance Indicator) achievement. Accurate reporting of daily activity, change points, and results related to their area of responsibility.
- Manage / maintain assigned equipment/robots. Achieve targeted downtime and run rate
- Actively participate in zone quality through quarterly inspections and monitoring of equipment applications
- Develop capability of self and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experiences in area of technical expertise
- Support Business plan themes within assigned zone
- Communicate clearly through daily reporting to ensure shift-to-shift understanding of activity and pending items. Create and complete Maximo Work-orders
- Complete assigned Maximo Work orders and PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) through Maximo
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/ GED, ROBOTICS CERTIFICATION
Minimum Experience
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. RELATED EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Other Job-Specific Skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of robot programming
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
