```Duties```
-Position serves as Customer Service Representative as well as coordinator in processing customer orders through manufacturing process and final shipment. Involved in all orders as received by customers. Support Customer Service Manager.
```Qualifications```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment a must
