Production Operator

Job Description:

The Monster Group is seeking 1st and 2nd shift, entry-level Production Operators for our E-Liquid manufacturing facility. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or bottling facility is highly desirable, but not required. We will provide adequate training and development opportunities.

The Production Operator is primarily responsible for operating production equipment to assist in the daily production of the various E-Liquids that we manufacture, among other daily tasks given by management. All Production Operators should have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and show an interest in learning and cross-training.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time.
• Operates machines including fillers, cappers, labelers, and box machines.
• Properly loads raw components into/onto equipment per standard operating procedures, ensuring that the correct bottles, labels, and boxes are used.
• Recognizes problems with equipment, product, or packaging and immediately reports to management.
• Ensures package and product quality by following organization standards.
• Always maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Spot checks batch, date, and overall appearance of finished products.
• Provides support and/or assists other departments within the facility
