Production Operator - Full Time

Location: Kankakee, IL, 60901 (235 W S Tech Rd Drive, Kankakee, IL 60901)

Salary:$22 - $24/Hr.

Job Description:

• Follow all plant safety and health requirements
• Safely operate in all production line positions
• Communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and Maintenance
• Ensure raw materials are fed properly for all processes
• Make necessary equipment adjustments
• Resolve line stoppages
• Clear equipment jams
• Ensure the quality of the finished product
• Prepare product for shipment
• Complete production documents
• Cleaning and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related Qualifications
• HS Diploma or GED
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour rotating shifts
• Overtime work is required and is based on business demands
• Safely lifting up to 85 pounds as needed throughout the shift

Client Notes:

Shifts are only for hourly roles, not salaried ones:

• 1st shift – Monday thru Saturday – 5:30am to 2:00pm
• 2nd shift – Monday thru Friday – 1:30pm to 10:00pm
• 3rd shift – Monday thru Friday – 9:30pm to 6:00am
