JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for full-time entry-level production leads. The ideal candidate for these roles are go-getters with a knack for challenging others to greatness. We offer competitive pay starting at $25.00 per hour plus benefits. A variety of shifts are available and a $1.00 per hour shift differential is applied to any night shift hours worked.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Set up, operate, and maintain industrial equipment used for blending, drying, extraction, etc.
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following standardized formulas.
- Prepare and load product into ingredient processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot product or equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment performance for maximum uptime.
- Fill out documentation and perform routine housekeeping.
- Champion adherence to safety and food quality standards.
- Support other departments and train new employees, as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing and/or food processing
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces or at heights in a hot, dusty, noisy environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary
