SalaryDuties:
- Operate Laser Cutting Machines to cut, trim, or shape metal parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper cutting parameters
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience operating Laser Cutting Machines or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with basic math and measurements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings
- Experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programming is beneficial
- Knowledge of plasma cutting techniques is a plus
- Quality inspection experience to ensure parts meet specifications
This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess good problem-solving skills.
