Production Operator 1 – 3rd Shift

What Matters Most:
- 3rd Shift 10:00 pm – 6:30 am Monday - Friday
- May train on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to permanent 3rd Shift hours
- Salary; $18.00+ per hour DOE
- You will be fabricating crystal rods per specifications, including grinding, lapping, polishing, cleaning, and inspecting products
- Required to follow technical work instructions
- Understand Engineering blueprints
What you need:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Matching experience and mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to use specialized equipment, read detailed instructions and blueprints, and maintain written records, in an organized work environment using 5S principles also required
- Good attendance required
- Good communication skills
