SALARY: UP TO $120,000 ANNUALLY
WORK HOURS: FIRST SHIFT (~7AM TO 3PM (FULL-TIME, ON-SITE))
ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled Production Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to oversee our Mission Support team, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of production lines and providing crucial support in production processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managerial Duties:
* Set team priorities aligned with company objectives.
* Manage team workload, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Uphold safety, quality, and HR processes.
Technical Duties:
* Provide primary engineering support for production anomalies and repair directions.
* Coordinate with various departments for design and process changes.
* Oversee the configuration and maintenance of production stations.
* Act as a technical reference for engineering support teams.
* Contribute to process improvement and technical problem-solving.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing) or similar field. Masters Degree preferred.
* Minimum of 6+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership experience.
* Proficiency in hardware handling, repairs, and power tools.
* Knowledge of spacecraft flight hardware is a plus.
* Strong commitment to work and leadership capabilities.
PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
* Role involves sitting or standing and using tools. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Work environment may be busy, noisy, with mechanical and chemical hazards.
* Personal Protective Equipment required depending on tasks.
