REGENESIS is the world's leader in the development of production and environmental restoration products. Our Gallatin, TN facility is expanding and has an opening for a Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and production goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets while minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, implement best practices, and develop strategies to streamline production workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to uphold product quality and consistency.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to manage inventory levels effectively, minimizing stock shortages and excesses.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and prepare reports to evaluate performance and drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment in coatings, pigments, or carbon grinding industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality control principles.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Pay/Benefits:
- This position will be within the range of $108,000 to $147,000/year based on experience. REGENESIS offers a generous benefits program including paid time off (PTO), life insurance, health insurance for employees and their families and employees a 401K program. The work environment will be primarily within the manufacturing facility and warehouse.
