How will this role have an impact?

The Production Manager Lead II role reports to the Director, Production and is responsible for and ensures Production meets our internal and client goals.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for analyzing and planning the day-to-day production and coordination crucial to maintaining and exceeding our client production goals and quality and ensuring all key performance indicators are on track for achieving client goals and objectives through the most efficient use of resources.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with all production team members and across multiple departments and teams within operations, including Client Success, Member Engagement, Credentialing, Recruiting, and Ancillary services to ensure the successful execution of our client commitments. You will also operate in a dynamic environment and must effectively use data to determine strengths and opportunities for improvement in operations.


What will you do?

  • Provide oversight and direction to your team of directs in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Research, track, monitor, and control membership levels in the assigned territories to meet and exceed our client commitments, goals, and expectations
  • Develop and help implement production plans for assigned clients, partnering with Customer Success
  • Work with the Operations team to understand and establish client goals and develop and implement provider plans for meeting those goals
  • Forecasting staffing needs in the assigned regions and making recommendations, partnering with Recruiting
  • Create, maintain, and present reports to the leadership team to effectively communicate trends and the status of current tasks
  • Communicate key insights and findings to Operations team leadership
  • Actively communicate with Customer Success regarding overall Production trends and client-specific metrics
  • Monitor performance KPIs of assigned health plan partners, including production and client comps, to accurately represent production progress and inform strategy
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from Client Success, Network Operations, Network Services, and team members
  • Ability to consolidate complex analyses into simple, consumable content Focus on driving change through data


We are looking for someone with:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience managing and handling national level clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a formal degree
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting and/or public speaking
  • Proficient experience working within Excel is required - a timed Excel test will be part of the interview process
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business conditions


Some preferred experience and attributes include:


  • Experience using Snowflake and/or PowerBI
  • Experience/Training in Project Management
  • Healthcare experience and background preferred


The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,700 to $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
