Warrenville, SC facility is looking to hire a Production Maintenance Operator with previous industrial centrifuge experience. This is a full-time position, day shift position. You will be home on nights and weekends!

Warrenville, SC facility is looking to hire a Production Maintenance Operator with previous industrial centrifuge experience. This is a full-time position, day shift position. You will be home on nights and weekends!
Production Maintenance Operator
- With a focus on centrifuge operations, this position will operate/ Monitor machine that applies centrifugal force to its contents, typically to separate fluids of different densities or liquids from solids.
- Operate / Monitor machine that applies centrifugal force to its contents, typically to separate fluids of different densities or liquids from solids.
- Operate various production equipment/ machines to process materials in compliance with applicable safety, energy, or environmental regulations.
- Monitor material flow or instruments, such as temperature or pressure gauges, indicators, or meters, to ensure optimal processing conditions.
- Turn valves or move controls to admit, drain, separate, filter, clarify, mix, or transfer materials.
- Set up or adjust machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature, or pressure.
- Help troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate and repair machinery and equipment which may include; passenger vehicles, medium/heavy-duty trucks, various types of pumps, small engines, mechanical separators, HVAC, compressors, pressure washers, fork trucks, diesel and gasoline engines, etc.
- Perform welding tasks as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance and production to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Follow standard safety procedures at all times
- Hands-on monitoring and controlling of the production process
- Make effort to maximize the efficiency of all processes
- Report equipment issues
- Maintain clean tools and work environment Other duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating centrifuge preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift and drag heavy items, climb safely on fixed ladders, tolerate hot and foul smelling environment
- Proven experience in production operations and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Work effectively as a team with other staff members
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Valid drivers license
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring manual labor and lifting of heavy objects.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of various hand tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate needs with the Management Team
- Ability to follow standard safety procedures at all times
- Maintain clean tools and work environment
- Arrive to work on time
