Production Line Operator

Production Line Operator responsibilities include:

• Running a Production Line
• Replenishing raw materials used in production
• Performing quality control tasks
• Weighing, labeling and boxing products
• Assisting mechanics during emergency repairs
• Cleaning equipment
• Completing paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following instructions properly

Growth opportunities for strong performers include learning how to operate other equipment; training new employees; warehousing; 5S training; Lean Manufacturing; Quality Control Inspector role.

Candidates need to be dependable, punctual, detail oriented, strong communicators, fast learners, and be able to work independently when needed.

Job Requirements:

Must be motivated and looking to learn and contribute to a team

Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted

Able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to follow instructions and learn procedures
English Language Required: Speaking, Reading, and Writing
High School degree or Equivalent.
