Production Lead

Manufacturing Lead

A successful candidate will be responsible for:
 

·         Lead, develop, and challenge manufacturing team to achieve objectives

·         Proactively drive operational excellence to exceed communicated goals

·         Develops strong relationships, mentor teammates

·         Able to identify and overcome minor obstacles

·         Interact with engineering to resolve ECRs (Engineering Changes)

·         Processes Non-Conforming material and reports out at daily Gemba meetings

·         Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic

·         Identify safety and continuous improvement opportunities (PDCA)

·         Assures compliance to standard and enforces company policies

 
A qualified candidate will possess these requirements:
 

·         High School education and 2+ years of manufacturing experience

·         Good mechanical aptitude

·         Forklift experience

·         Problem solver with good oral communication skills

·         Able to use MS Office software and ERP software daily
