Production Lead 3Rd Shift

Job Description

$750 Sign On Bonus

$75.00 Weekly Attendance Bonus

This position is responsible for assisting in all daily production needs by learning all positions within the operation of the shift to support when needed.
This is a hands-on position where you will be working various positions in production throughout the day.

Work schedule:
Days - Sunday thru Thursday
Hours - 8:00 pm to approximately 6:30 am or when orders are completed
Essential Functions

• Learn and monitor all positions within production and assist where needed.
• Proficient in OVO system.
• Assist with pre shift set up and post shift clean up.
• Follow all GMP, SOP & Safetyguidelines and Policies.
• Maintain a safe workplace while complying with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Ensure all finished good products are posted correctly in Ovo.
• Perform any assignment assigned by management

Required Knowledge/Key Attributes

• Must BE A TEAM PLAYER and even tempered.
• Must have solid math skills.
• Ability to handle multi priorities.
• Detail and goal oriented.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at Computers
• Self-Motivated.
• Ability to work (on occasion) long hours to meet customer needs.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to hold oneself and employees accountable to expectations.
• Be proactive and solve problems.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through communications.
• Certifications: Pallet jack, yard jockey and high lift

Physical Requirements

• Should be able to lift 30-50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for 75 % the shift.
• Must be able to work in a cold & wet environment.
