Production Electronics Technician

Summary:

At RASIRC, our mission is to transform condensables into Dynamic Vapors that enable process advancements in semiconductors and adjacent markets. We are looking for the right candidate to work in our production department, performing product assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assembly of production electrical and electronic systems, subsystems, and cable assemblies.
• Testing and validation of production assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair prototype and production system failures to the component level.
• Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.
• Provide technical support for cleanroom operations and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality personnel in continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and review work instructions related to electronic testing and assembly.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• AA Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent.
• RASIRC does not assume the responsibility to sponsor employees, US citizenship or Permanent Resident Certificate (Green Card) is required for this job.
• Minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience with board component level diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to utilize test equipment and tools related to electronics assembly and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrable skills or certification in soldering/de-soldering of thru hole and SMT components.
• Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings, and schematics.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
