We are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented Production Designer who has a great eye for detail, and understands the timelines and pressures of working on multiple projects at a time.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with art directors, illustrators, animators and creative producers.
Prepare a wide array of delivery assets based on approved artwork and supplied specifications: including static, motion and print-ready assets.
Resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
Package and prepare files for release to internal partners.
Maintain production files and server architecture.
Ensure timely and complete delivery of visual assets.
Manage and address visual feedback and creative changes as required.
Create templates and roll them out across various formats and sizes.
Think holistically about the visual style of the brand/property while following guidelines and digital/print specifications.
Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and internal partners.
Grow and develop your skill set by collaborating on projects, sharing rationale and approach, and engaging in formal reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

5-8 years of experience as a digital and print Production Designer in advertising or marketing.
Design Portfolio showcasing production work on large campaigns.
Understanding of composition, typography and design systems.
Practical experience in design for Media/Entertainment or branding.
Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms.
Organizational skills and experience using GSuite (Google Drive, Docs, Slides and Sheets).
Have a professional working knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Figma.
Knowledge and experience in motion and web is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects; excellent time management.
Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Willingness and flexibility to learn new processes, procedures and skill sets.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a salary of $80,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
