Production Coordinator Job Description
- Create and stylize Purchase Orders according to customer requirements.
- Daily communication with Sourcing, Packaging and Product Development teams in order to gather all information necessary for production process
- Partner with factories on timelines and ship dates adhering to customers needs
- Track, manage and edit purchase orders from start to finish
- Relay any discrepancies to the respective sales team
- Inventory management and reworking items in the warehouse
- Facilitate weekly meeting with Product Development to discuss any issues or concerns
- Booking vessels with Import team in accordance with needed timing
