Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules and timelines
- Organize and track production assets, such as posters, videos, press releases and more
- Assist with budget management and cost tracking
- Communicate with vendors, creative team members, and other stakeholders
- Manage logistics for events
- Contribute to the overall success of the production team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, if you are not a SLACK expert now you can become one quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of production processes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Detail-Oriented: You catch the smallest typos and pixel misalignments.
