Floor Coverings International Syracuse, locally-owned and operated out of Camillus, NY and serving the Central New York community, has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to service our growing business.

As a member of the team at Floor Coverings International Syracuse, the Project Coordinator is key to the growth and expansion of the local business. The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering the installation of a job to the level of expectation set in the sale of the project. This position is the key to ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that jobs are produced both efficiently and profitably.
Job Details & Perks for our Production Coordinator:

• Based out of Camillus, NY serving a market within an approx. 60 minute radius around Syracuse. All gas expenses covered for any job-related travel.
• Full-time salaried position
• Bonus opportunities
• Two weeks paid vacation, personal days and sick time

• All expense paid trip to annual convention in Mexico along with periodic regional meetings

Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator, include but are not limited to:

• Project scheduling
• Coordinate crew schedules
• Work with material deliveries and kitting jobs at the warehouse
• Attend & participate in the weekly production meeting
• Communication and project management with general contractors, vendors, and customers
• Coordination with sales team
• Attend job site meetings, as needed
• Communicate solutions & resolve problems that may arise on a job
• Oversee and assist in the process of obtaining materials, sub-contractors and material orders
• Processing change orders
• Monitor & beat the job budgets for material & labor through weekly meetings for the job cost and monitoring the crew
• Work with accounting to properly bill jobs and problem collections
• Attend home shows and other events periodically
• Maintain the utmost professionalism when dealing with customers and installers
• Continuously search for new installation teams who can deliver 5 star experiences

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
