Job Description
- Verifies planned order labor and material requirements to support on-time delivery with current material lead time and shop load.
- Generates and manages work order for each production task of job. Communicates work order details to the appropriate teams, ensuring clarity on requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- Works closely with IT department and Operations to identify system and process improvement opportunities and help drive projects to completion.
- Analyzes production capacity and identifies potential constraints. Adjusts production plans to optimize capacity utilization and avoid overloading resources.
- Generates engineering file for manufactured parts as required.
- Updates work centers and calendars within ERP system to properly maintain and monitor capacity planning.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, schedules, and resource allocation. These documents serve as a valuable resource for future planning and analysis.
- Works closely with manufacturing to identify and resolve issues that interfere with efficiency and on-time completion of work orders.
- Facilitates daily planning review meeting and drives resolution to minimize delays in the quoting process.
- Supports capital equipment orders to ensure engineering releases and part level releases are made. Schedules jobs as required to support sales order requirements.

- Associate degree in related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience working with and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & MRP systems is required.
- Technical background and a working knowledge of AutoCAD and excellent math skills.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
