The Production Control Manager is assigned under the direction and mentorship of the Vice President of Operations to support multiple communications projects and provide administrative/technical workflow management to agreed schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 5+ years in production experience in a manufacturing environment
· Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
· Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
· Deadline driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated ability to work strategically
· Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Essential Duties:
· Work closely with Production and Operations with regards to scheduling of plating on each line, in both Commercial and MRO.
· Closely track and monitor WIP report to assure we hit our commitments and TAT’s.
· Provides timely communication to the production manager and coordinates with other departments to assure smooth operations, and effectively communicates any problems and/or progress.
· Assists in the daily tracking of goals on assigned production lines, collects data and logs information into database for efficiencies.
· Compiles reporting concerning progress of workflows and downtimes.
· Read, interpret and follow written instructions or procedures to properly run production lines and helping achieve daily and weekly schedules.
· Responsible for promptly answering incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional manner. Provides the customer with the most recent product information and updates. Provides superior internal communications to facilitate order flow. Communicates clearly and timely with customers regarding production delays.
· Monitor and track new part introduction to insure they are continuing to move through the various departments.
· Receives and responds to customer complaints, investigates difficulties and coordinates with the necessary departments for prompt customer satisfaction.
· Meet with operations team on a daily basis to discuss any operational issues that will require adjustments to the production plans

· Complete other duties as requested to support operational goals and continuous improvement
