We are currently hiring for a Production Associate to join our dynamic Operations Team!
As a Production Associate you will be trained to successfully perform basic machine set up and operation, including camera, profiles and settings.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 6:30PM, Overtime, Weekends & Holidays
Essential Duties:
- Reviews job instructions and validates output matches instructions and samples prior to receiving sign off
- Able to accurately pull and/or validate materials for the job run based on instructions provided
- Able to make mailing standard quality assessments and to escalate issues, errors and machine anomalies.
- Consistently follows standard operating procedures for mail pulls, tray checks, alignment, shift and other issues
- Reconciles and balances job output for accuracy and quality
- Accurately stack, tray or palletize finished output and stage finished products
- Performs machine clean-up/basic maintenance procedures
- Other department, subdivision duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to retain and present a valid Texas State issued Driver’s License or Identification Card at all times
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Demonstrates a can-do team attitude with the ability to take direction and assist others in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills & adapt to new work environments
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- All potential employees will be required to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day including but not limited to:
- Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Frequently and repetitively, walk, stand, stoop, bend and lift
- Regular Shift Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
