Form of workWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Production Associate I (Packer) to join our Production team. As an Production Associate I (Packer), you will play a crucial role in our packaging process where we strive to exceed customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin their career in Production to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package product consistently in accordance with work instructions (Seal, label, and box placement).
- Demonstrate understanding of the packaging process.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Perform work assignments timely and accurately.
- Consistently follow procedures for scanning vendor labels.
- Follow directions from Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Supervisor and Production Associate's II and III.
- Work efficiently with other members of the line.
- When working alone, organize work and work area efficiently.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, and adhere to all personal protective equipment requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards.
- Works overtime when required.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment.
