About the Role
We are seeking a Production Assistant to help us with events in the San Francisco Bay Area. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the production department, ensuring seamless and efficient operations during events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing all aspects of production, including running errands, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of projects.
- Organize equipment and other set-related items during events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to facilitate the procurement of necessary production materials and equipment.
- Assist with various pre-production tasks, including administrative work like answering phone calls and keeping track of expenses.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar role within the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with production processes and terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as production schedules require.
