Production Artist

Duties
*
Create Screenprint separations, taking into account the deadlines.

• Create spec sheets, notifying the Production Department of garment, ink and sequence, placement, etc.
• Upload and link spec sheets onto the ERP.
• Spend time on production floor to learn the process of printing.
• Partner with Production to address art-related issues as needed, and increase efficiency of production.
• Communicate daily with other artists in other facilities across the US and Central America.
• Work with the Senior Manager of Art and Development in the US on setting and achieving goals.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role, 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in advanced computer software including the Adobe CC Suite. (primarily Illustrator & Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects at a time and set priorities to hit deliverables on time.
• Embrace change with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design or experience in print/print-related field preferred.
