This role is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and providing technical support, training, and product expertise to customers and internal teams.
Essential Functions:- Provides technical support as well as troubleshoots and resolves customer issues related to product usage and functionality.
- Develops and implements sales tools. Participates in sales training andmakes joint customer visits with sales engineers.
- Conducts market research and maintains competitive position analysisfor the product line.
- Participates in trade show preparation and attends trade shows.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure new and current product designs meet customer expectation.
- Liaison amount customers to provide technicalproduct demos and presentations to highlight product capability.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. May consider experience in lieu of degree.
- 1+ year of technical service experience.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with customers and partners.
