SUMMARY
The Product QA Manager will lead and manage all products and parts Quality with strategic and tactical initiatives. They will initiate, plan, and develop Quality Assurance practices in line with regional regulations, standards, policies, and guidelines. In this role, the Product QA Manager will prioritize Safety above all else in products and modification works.

The Product QA Manager will lead and manage all products and parts Quality with strategic and tactical initiatives. They will initiate, plan, and develop Quality Assurance practices in line with regional regulations, standards, policies, and guidelines. In this role, the Product QA Manager will prioritize Safety above all else in products and modification works.
DUTIES
- Maintain and improve the quality of local purchasing supplier parts
- Manage the product Quality delivered from HCM. If defects occur, determine the root cause and report to process owner to develop a countermeasure.
- Troubleshot product-related issues that outsourced vendors cannot solve.
- Manage the Quality of modification for products. Visit modification work sites, provide work guidance, make work instructions, and maintain work records.
- Create of Quality Control system
- Establish a system to manage failure rate and loss costs.
- Maintain continuous product quality by implementing data analysis and reporting data to related departments.
- Sales Admin and Engineering support
- Answer tickets in a timely manner
- Put processes in place to manage the flow of tickets
- Marketing and Customer support section support
- Application specific machine configuration review and check
- Responsible for:
- All HCM Machine quality
- Purchasing parts quality
- Knowledge
- (Minimum) 5 years practical working experience in engineering or equipment industry
- (Preferred) 10 years practical working experience in engineering or equipment industry
- Education
- (Minimum) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- (Preferred) Masters' degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Extensive industry/ sales management experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of degree requirements in exceptional circumstances.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and special processes (Assembly, Machining, Welding, Paint, Torque, and Casting issues)
- Product Competence
- Knowledge and experience in auditing (internal and supplier)
- (Preferred) Thorough technical understanding of wheel loaders and excavators. (troubleshooting)
