Position Summary
Job Description
• Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned.
• Have a written understanding of English and the ability to speak English fluently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Demonstrated high level of productivity and initiative.
• Average written communication.
• Demonstrate creative approach to problem solving.
• Able to utilize outside resources
• Able to work independently with limited direction and/ or oversight.
• Good understanding of instant ticket manufacturing process.
• Good communication skills.
• Shifts are 12-hour basis; 5a-5p or 5p-5a, the typical work week varies between 36hrs/48hrs.
• Shifts alternates 2 days on, 2 days off shift on Monday- Thursday. Friday- Sunday are rotating scheduled; working 3-days or off 3-days. This is a continuous shift schedule. This position does provide and require overtime coverage as necessary.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
