Humana is seeking a Product Marketer 2 to join the CarePlus Marketing Team in and/or near Miami or near Tampa, FL. This role drives the sales marketing program to help our Medicare Advantages agents and brokers successfully grow business. In this role you will primarily focus on campaign project management and execution, including messaging development and communication with sales admin.This role has a preferred hybrid workstyle and may require an individual to be in the office 3 days per week and 2 days remote per week in and/or near the Miami, FL location (35-mile radius).
This role can be remote in and/or near Tampa, FL (35-mile radius) as an additional workstyle location.
Key Role Functions
Campaign Management and Support
Lead or present on meetings with business partners to assess needs and share campaign strategy and results
Plan, develop, review, and execute campaign materials and toolkits that help agents and brokers connect with our target audience
High-volume project management
Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
Messaging Development
Draft flyers, banners, mailers, and more that our sales teams are excited to localize and use
Develop or update toolkits and guides that equip our sales teams with the right product marketing information
Write and send internal emails to sales teams to keep them abreast of important updates, changes, and new materials available for their use
Seek and apply constructive messaging feedback from business stakeholders and reviewers
Content project management, overseeing material through stages of development, review, design, and distribution
General
Performs research and analysis of industry and business information, marketing best practices, and campaign results to inform campaign development and decisions
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas

Required Qualifications
- MUST live within 35 miles of Miami or Tampa FL
- 1 or more years of marketing, communications, or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or leading projects
- Basic proficiency with Adobe products such as InDesign
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree or highe
