Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Innovation, the Product Manager, TouchPoint is a critical part of the organization in helping with bringing new solutions to life and enhance our existing portfolio of products. Working with existing and new clients on the implementation through successful launch, as well as looking to improve NRT products within the Innovation Group. 

As aProduct Manager, TouchPoint, you'll use your strong background in customer service and implementation to drive successful delivery. You will identify business and technical requirements, build roll-out plans, follow up with our engineers, work with partners and clients to create integrations between systems, and generally make sure that our client implementations are successful.

Responsibilities
   Support the product strategy and execution of the TouchPoint roadmap while developing/maintaining product/idea pipeline to help drive future innovations.
   Serve as primary product trainer for TouchPoint with sales and internal staff
   Strong ability with reporting capabilities for reward TouchPoint platform to further incorporate our data with their business.
   Use customer feedback and data insight to identify and implement ways to improve TouchPoint
   Maintain up to date with current trends in industry, reporting significant changes back to leadership.
   Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors; use network of industry contacts to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
   Assist in documentation creation to improve customer learning, training and knowledge retention.
   Assist with troubleshooting and UAT when future development is introduced to production.
   Assist with TouchPoint installations as needed.
   Report back any new errors identified from field work.
   Travel required: up to 50%

Requirements
   Proven Product Management within marketing and rewards
   Experience with marketing and reward programs, preferably in the casino and gaming industry.
   Strong customer service, marketing, technical, and analytical skills
   A great communicator who can break down complex ideas and talk tech to non-technical people. 
   Motivated self-starter, comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous environment with little direction, while focusing on high-impact work.
   Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects and clients
   Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
