  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to accomplish customer and business needs in maintaining the existing (legacy) products.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects for quality, market fit, and on time delivery.
  • Interpret feedback from Sales, Marketing, student surveys, and NPS scores to identify and address deficiencies in the product.
  • Balance aggressive timelines and frequent changes in priorities and workload.
  • Develop a shared vision for the future of Real Estate education and Colibri’s strategic direction to lead with product.
  • Attend meetings, training, and other events as required.
  • Assist with other projects/tasks as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Preferred - 4 or more years of experience in instructional content, preferably for online deployment.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and to develop and execute new product strategies.
  • Ability to exercise a high level of judgment. This role requires the ability to decide on a course or sequence of action and to direct others in that course of action. Must be able to reasonably envision future needs and plan accordingly.
  • Strong business financial skills required. Able to use math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals, or percentages. Able to understand and manage P & L and budget and utilize other tools to manage the department.
  • Strong interpersonal and superior written skills required.
