About our Team
The Financial Crime Compliance team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions comprises a dedicated group of professionals proficient in anti-money laundering, sanctions, screening, and Know Your Customer processes. We are committed to safeguarding businesses and financial institutions against illicit activities, reputational damage, and regulatory violations leveraging cutting-edge technology and comprehensive data solutions.
About the Role
Be a driving force to combatting money laundering and other types of financial crime as a Product Manager II within our Financial Crimes Compliance team. The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution related to our anti-money laundering and KYC screening solutions. They will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team. They will propose new ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and manage communication to key internal/external stakeholders.
This is a remote role in the sense that the team is distributed across the USA, some team members choose to work hybrid or within an office, if feasible.
Responsibilities
  • Gathering data from multiple sources, including regulatory drivers, customer discovery, and product analytics to drive solutions to business problems and issues of consequence to the company.
  • Demonstrating the ability to make trade off decisions between potential product capabilities.
  • Developing go-to-market strategy to ensure that your product features and roadmaps are well understood by stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Conducting customer discovery to identify unmet needs and design solutions to address those needs.
  • Participating in product discovery, according to defined process, for new product development.
  • Managing portions or entirety of the product lifecycle, as needed.
  • Being an embedded Product Manager within the delivery teams. Providing clarity around requirements to developers, QA, and UX colleagues as well as manage communication around updates to cross-functional teams and external customers.

Requirements
  • Possess a BA or MA level education is ideal, not required
  • Have minimum of experience in product management: 2-4 years
  • Experience in Product Management, recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features
  • Recognize, lead and release changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact.
  • Demonstrate of thorough product development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product plans
  • Able to successfully participation in customer engagements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, A-ha!, Adobe Analytics, Full Story, and other product management-related software
