Job Description
Please note this is a primarily remote role, but onsite work in San Diego may be required up to once a quarter.
You'll work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations. New projects mean new business objectives, new challenges to solve, and new teams - it's a chance to flex existing skills and build new muscle. About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to help lead the development of innovative solutions.
About you
- You're obsessed with understanding customer needs and laser-focused on driving product requirements that align with them.
- You have a deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and the ability to identify opportunities for seamless integration and flow.
- You have proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- You're a pro at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in a software Product Manager or similar type role, managing teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile environment
- AWS functional experience; specifically with Amazon Connect, Amazon PinPoint, Amazon Lex, Amazon Q, and/or Amazon Textract
- Experience designing and managing omnichannel customer journeys at scale, handling high-volume interactions across text, voice, and self-service channels (including app updates and push notifications)
- Experience with conversation and flow design
- Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience is highly preferred
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
Additional Information

California state base compensation range: $140,000 - 174,000, dependent on experience.
