We are currently recruiting a Product Management Specialist to join the Flow Cytometry-Benchtops team within the Biosciences Division. You will join a team passionate about bringing new flow cytometry products to the market. In this role you will be responsible for managing and sustaining the Attune™ NxT instrument platform, devices (i.e. autosamplers) and consumable product lines under the guidance of a senior product manager.

A Day in the Life!
- Primary responsibility will be sustaining an existing product line ensuring inventory availability and customer experience.
- Work with cross functional teams to perform VOC activities, address quality or service issues, and gather customer feedback to develop life cycle plan.
- Evaluate and access new product development opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and financial models. Handle the profit and loss for the respective product portfolio.
- Evaluate customer needs via voice of customer collection and build product requirement documents as needed.
- Drive sustaining programs process through stage gate process for successful launch and commercialization for the product portfolio.
- Deliver technical presentations to the sales organization as well as to key customers. Track forecasts and product shipments
- Lead entire lifecycle of a product from inception through design and manufacturing, service, through end end-of-life.
- Define global market segmentation and positioning strategy as it relates to the product and solutions portfolio.
- Apply PPI methodology to support improvements and increase efficiency.
- Drive product rationalization and implementation of product improvements.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Science (Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology or equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of meaningful professional experience, acquired working within the life sciences market. Experience with flow cytometry equipment required.
- 2+ years in a Product Management, product marketing, sales, or business development role desired but not required.
- Strong written and verbal skills and feel at ease presenting regularly to technical and business teams.
- Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00–$122,200.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
