The Wealth Management (WM) Product Management team exists to grow and scale our WM product business by advocating for the client through the ongoing management and continuous improvement of our suite of WM products and services.
A WM Product Specialist is an integral member of Capital Group's Product Management effort. The Product Specialist will help to build and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and deliver on business plan commitments.

- You will provide input to internal partners regarding product portfolio and enhancement requests.
- You can identify trends in feedback /questions received from internal and external business partners
- You stay connect to industry trends and competitive knowledge; participates in regular forums to understand customer and market feedback
- You will participate in impact assessments, including consideration of product construction and fees/pricing, operational policies, service model and sales and marketing approach
- You will participate on assigned projects and business initiatives impacting the product line and in support of business priorities:
- You will interact with cross-functional teams and provide input to project timeline and resources to drive enhancements to existing offerings
- You will be a resource with cross functional partners to provide input on product rollout plans and sales force training
- You will provide your input to the development and participates in the execution of go-to-market strategies
- You will be responsible for monitoring and escalating changes to project plan based on current impediments, gathers data for manager or senior manager to assess all risk areas and scale of impact
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $84,021-$134,434
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
