Product Listing and Optimization

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Product Listing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently Listing and managing products on various online platforms, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and possess the necessary skills to navigate and optimize Product Listings on these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Optimization:

Create and manage Product Listings on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Optimize Product Listings for search engine visibility and customer engagement.

Platform Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, guidelines, and best practices for each e-commerce platform.

Navigate platform interfaces proficiently to upload, edit, and manage Product Listings.

Data Management:

• Utilize spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to organize and maintain product data.

Manage inventory levels, update product information, and track sales performance through spreadsheets.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews of Product Listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.

Address and resolve any issues related to product information, pricing, and image quality.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to align Product Listings with overall business strategies.

Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary product information.

Market Research (Preferred) :

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Product Listings and drive sales.

Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce Product Listing and management.
Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify platforms.
Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
