Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated NAs/CNAs to join our team and provide quality care to our elderly clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an NAs/CNAs at our facility, you will work alongside a team of professionals to provide personalized care and support to seniors in our care. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and yearly bonuses. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our employees enhance their skills and advance their career within our organization.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications and perform basic medical tasks as directed by a physician
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• Must have a current NAs/CNAs certificate
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or senior care setting is preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
