Product Fulfillment Coordinator

At ASTi, we create audio and communications systems that are used for training pilots and vehicle operators in a real or virtual environment. Part of the overall business involves developing highly specialized software in a number of different flavors, and delivering each of them to a bunch of different customers around the world.

It's a puzzle of "who gets what? and when?" that seems simple in theory, but becomes increasingly complex when you consider that we deliver 7 different software distributions. Some are physically shipped via FedEx, some are delivered electronically, and some are sent both ways. Some variations are sent quarterly, and some more or less frequently than that.

If you're the right person for this position, you will:

• ● Be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while fulfilling your duties, thusensuring remarkable accuracy in your results
• ● Be familiar with using a standard office computer setup with all the normal businesssoftware (GSuite tools and other web-based resources, for example)
• ● Maintain customer delivery data using spreadsheets and internally developed tools
• ● Contact customers to verify delivery methods and details
• ● Remind customers who have expiring support contracts that it's time to renew
• ● Work alongside the Production department for physical delivery of digital media
• ● Team up with the I.T. department for sending software over the InternetAs mentioned, this is a part-time position in Herndon, VA that requires you to be in the office during working hours.
